Christian Paul is a whirlwind of positive energy and psych. He has CF-L2 from CrossFit and a personal training Cert. He has had years of experience in lifting and competing in CrossFit. I enjoy the thought of having proficiency in multiple aspects of fitness so that I am prepared for nearly any situation life may give me. I currently hold a level 2 CrossFit certification, and I am pursuing other certifications in order to expand my knowledge/expertise. I am going into my 4th year at Regis University with a major in Exercise Science, and I plan to apply to Physical Therapy school. My overall goal/mission is not only to be able to train individuals to help them live a healthier lifestyle, but also to help rehabilitate those same people of any pain/injuries so they can get back to doing the things they enjoy pain free.

My name is Erica and I’ve been a member of Mountain Strong since 2017 and a coach since 2020. In my free time I like to cycle, hike, ski, and do triathlons. I love Mountain Strong because it keeps me fit to do the things I love.

I am am the new owner of Mountain Strong Denver. I have been a member since 2018. As an avid climber I didn’t see the value of doing any other training other then just climbing until I came to the gyms first Rock Climbing Camp! Matt and Jamie showed how beneficial it is to balance training with functional fitness. I have been hooked ever since! Enough to buy the gym when the past owners decided to sell. Mountain Strong is my second home and I hope to provide that space for others in the community.

I believe very strongly in SYNERGY. CREATE A SPARK THAT WILL IGNITE A DIFFERENCE is a personal guiding principle I continue to develop as a coach. I research what coaches, athletes, and programs are currently doing to define the highest levels of sport. I create an ongoing Human Performance Model in which coach, athlete, and program continuously set goals, push barriers, break barriers, as well as continue to define and re define success.
